FormaPharm Engineering Group has recently renewed the areas of application and validity of the so-called “Great License”. FormaPharm has a license for the preparation of technical documentation and for the construction of facilities for which a building permit is issued by the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Serbia in charge of construction, i.e. the competent authority of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, since 2007, and today it covers the following areas:

Basic and processing chemical industry facilities, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, leather and fur processing facilities, rubber processing facilities, pulp and paper production facilities and non-metallic mineral processing facilities, which are built outside the exploitation fields defined by the law governing mining and geological research, except for facilities for primary processing of ornamental and other stone:

– P040E4 – management projects for electric motor plants – automation, measurements and regulation for facilities of basic and processing chemical industry, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, facilities for leather and fur processing, rubber processing facilities, pulp and paper production facilities and non-metallic mineral processing facilities raw materials that are built outside the exploitation fields defined by the law governing mining and geological research, except for facilities for primary processing of ornamental and other stone,

– P040G1 – projects of building constructions of facilities of basic and processing chemical industry, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, facilities for processing leather and fur, facilities for processing rubber, facilities for production of pulp and paper and facilities for processing non-metallic mineral raw materials built outside defined fields the law governing mining and geological research, except for facilities for primary processing of ornamental and other stone,

– P040M3 – projects of means of transport, warehouses and machine constructions and technologies for facilities of basic and processing chemical industry, facilities of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, facilities for leather and fur processing, facilities for rubber processing, facilities for pulp and paper production and facilities for non-metal processing minerals,

– P041T1 – technological process projects for facilities of the basic and processing chemical industry,

– P043T1 – technological process projects for leather and fur processing facilities,

– P045T1 – technological process projects for pulp and paper production facilities,

– P046T1 – projects of technological processes for plants for the processing of non-metallic mineral raw materials, which were erected outside the exploitation fields established by the Law on Mining and Geological Research, with the exception of plants for primary processing of ornamental and other stones;

– I040G1 – execution of building constructions for facilities of basic and processing chemical industry, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, facilities for processing leather and fur, facilities for processing rubber, facilities for production of pulp and paper and facilities for processing non-metallic mineral raw materials built outside exploitation fields defined by the law governing mining and geological research, except for facilities for primary processing of ornamental and other stone,

– I040M3 – execution of works on means of transport, warehouses and machine constructions for facilities of basic and processing chemical industry, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, facilities for leather and fur processing, facilities for rubber processing, facilities for pulp and paper production and facilities for non-metallic mineral processing raw materials that are built outside the exploitation fields defined by the law governing mining and geological research, except for facilities for primary processing of ornamental and other stone.

Hazardous waste treatment plants by incineration, thermal and / or physical, physio – chemical, chemical processes, as well as central warehouses and / or landfills for hazardous waste disposal:

– P100T1 – technological process projects for hazardous waste treatment plants by incineration, thermal and / or physical, physio-chemical, chemical processes, as well as central warehouses and / or landfills for hazardous waste disposal.

Installations for the treatment of non-hazardous waste by incineration or chemical treatment, with a capacity exceeding 70 tons per day:

– P102T1 – Technological process projects for non-hazardous waste treatment plants, incineration or chemical processes, with a capacity of more than 70 tons per day,

– I101M1 – execution of thermo-technical, thermo-energetic, process and gas installations for plants for the treatment of hazardous waste by incineration, thermal and / or physical, physio-chemical, chemical processes.
