Our company decided to join the state project of the Republic of Serbia “My First Salary”. The project is carried out by the National Employment Agency with the support of the Ministry of Finance, the Office for IT and E-Government and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. The aim is to enable the vocational training of unemployed young people with secondary and higher education up to the age of 30 who have no work experience to be able to complete internships with employers in order to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies for work and thus improve their future employment opportunities.
