In May of last year, the FormaPharm Engineering Group started as general contractor with the construction of a highly functional residential and commercial property at Prešernova 25 street in Belgrade. The FormaPharm Engineering Group works smoothly and with commitment and all work is done on time. Before the construction of the underground floors, work was carried out on drilling and concreting piles with a diameter of 400 mm, as well as building the curtain wall to secure the foundation pit and the foundations of the neighboring buildings. The underground car park has 32 closed parking spaces that can be quickly reached with the car lift. The residents of the building at Prešernova 25 have easy, safe and direct access to the underground car park on two levels. For the entire underground part of the residential and commercial building, an innovative sealing technology was implemented through crystallization, which protects the concrete infrastructure. The crystallization technology has been tested worldwide under all demanding climatic conditions and in various construction situations and has proven itself. The commercial and residential building has a net area of ​​3,199 m2 and consists of a total of seven floors. The residential units are designed and constructed very rationally, and the functionality is reflected in the optimal division of the rooms as well as in the division of the residential units. The size of the residential units is adapted to the requirements of the real estate market, which makes them attractive for future buyers.
