The Contract for the Preparation of Design-Technical Documentation for the Laboratory Corpus was executed on 12 October 2015, within the existent solid dosage form factory of Hemofarm Obninsk, Kaluga Region, the city of Obninsk, two-floor building net area of 3780.70 m2. It stipulates the preparation of the Conceptual Design, the Project documentation (stadia Project), and the Work documentation (Work project).

The Conceptual Design was completed and submitted to the Investor on 27 February 2016.
