The Contract was signed between Hemofarm AD Vršac (the Investor) and FormaPharm Engineering Group d.o.o. (the Contractor). The subject of the Contract is the execution of works of construction of the Hemofarm Quality building within the Hemofarm a.d. complex in Vršac with 300 days’ execution deadline. Building dimensions are ≈ 90 m length and ≈ 25 m width. The number of floors is Ground floor + 1st + 2nd floor, ≈net area of around 6,500 m2.
