On 05.02.2019 there was an Agreement signed on the design documentation development for the reconstruction of the chocolate molding line, within the production complex of Atlantic Shtark LLC, Belgrade. The subject area is 1.500 sq. m. Currently the project includes two stages, STAGE I: Concept design development (IDR), STAGE II: Detail design development (PZI).

The technical documentation includes the following parts, divided by sections and contents: General project, Architectural design, Construction design, Hydro-technical utilities design, Power utilities design, Telecommunication and signalization, Power drives design and CSNU automation for HVAC and BMS, Automatic fire notification design, Utilities supply design, Process design, Main fire protection design and Fire protection design.
