At the meeting, held on February 14^th, 2020, Mr.  Zlatibor Ogrizovic has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of FormaPharm Engineering Group LLC.

Zlatibor Ogrizovic, an electrical engineer, owns several licenses of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers and since 2005 is a member of FormaPharm Engineering Group. Prior to the election to a  BoDs member, he held a post of Head of the Project Management Team, where he achieved significant results.

His task will be to improve the activities and the results of the Company applying his experience accumulated over decades, and to diversify the market and areas of activity together with the Board of Directors.
